Analog Discovery 2は、Digilent社とアナログ・デバイセズ社が共同で開発した、様々な種類のアナログ/デジタル信号混在回路の測定とデータの可視化、波形生成、記録、制御ができる多機能測定器です。低価格でありポケットに入るほど小型ですが、パソコンとUSBケーブルで接続することにより、研究室で使用されている多くの計測機器に取って代われるほど高機能な計測器になります。実験室の内外を問わず、どのような環境であってもアナログ回路もデジタル回路も自由に扱うことができます。 無償で提供される専用ソフトウェアWaveFormsを使用すれば、一般的な測定器に準じた動作が可能になります。WaveFormsはクロスプラットフォームに対応しており、Windows、Mac、Linuxで動作します。アプリケーションの記述にはJavaScriptを使用しています。 ３年ほど前に購入しましたが、利用した機会はごく僅かです。 専用BNCアダプター１個をお付けします。
